Realizzato nel periodo più creativo dell’artista dopo un lungo studio dell’anatomia e dei panneggi, rappresenta una danza tra i veli senza i veli.
Negli anni ’80 Gennaro cominciò a rinnovare completamente la definizione del cammeo, trasformando l’artigianato locale in arte, utilizzando le proprie espressioni originali con: panneggi, mondo surreale e anatomia umana.
Tralasciando il canonico classico dove i soggetti sono miniature viste da lontano, Garofalo mette a fuoco il suo obiettivo artistico e inizia ad esprimere muscoli, i nervi sporgenti, i denti stretti, ma anche i lineamenti morbidi e rotondi delle donne.
Sfruttando al meglio la conformazione della radice in corallo, l’artista, ha voluto trasmettere l’effetto e l’amore che nutre una madre verso i propri figli.
Soggetto rappresentante il peccato che commisero i propri primogenitori, Adamo ed Eva. Vollero decidere da sé, tra il bene e il male ricevettero amare conseguenze, trasmettendo a tutta l’umanità il peccato, la vergogna e la morte.

Cervasio, a modo su rappresenta quello che potrebbe essere il futuro, una completa integrazione tra uomo e macchina fin dalla gestazione. Segnali dal futuro, indicano una modifica del DNA in funzione dell’elettronica.
La raffigurazione delle estasi mistiche dei santi e delle loro visioni del divino, rappresenta uno dei temi più cari all’arte barocca. Bernini, con la sua “Estasi di santa Teresa” influenza quest’opera nella quale s’intravede un’estasi profana divergente da un afflato mistico. La visione, in chiave contemporanea, dell’estasi, non determina uno scontro tra sacro e profano, ma rivendica la sensazione dell’estasi di matrice fisica e non solo mistica.
